Microwash is a fragrance-free antibacterial hand soap, body wash and hair shampoo made specifically for use in the food, health and education industries. Its formula is pH balanced for ultimate skincare safety and it produces a rich lather from its combination of mild detergents that also provide quick and easy rinsing. The natural Glycerine moisturises, conditions, soothes, nourishes and hydrates your hands, body and hair. Microwash's antibacterial action is highly effective in eliminating unwanted bacteria from the skin.

Microwash is recommended for use through a bulk-fill liquid soap or body wash/shampoo dispenser and can be used as a hand cleaner, all-over body wash and hair shampoo. It's also great for topping up your pump bottles too.

 

Sold in a 500ml or 5L Option.

 

Please note: If Purchasing the 5L bottle this does not include empty 500ml bottles, these can however be purchased separately for $5 each.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Cameo Cleaning & Co., we’re on a mission to make you say “WOW!” when you use our products and experience our service. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, or something isn’t quite right, please let us know, we want to make it right.

Change of Mind Returns

  • You can return new, unopened items within 7 days of collection or purchase for a full refund or exchange.

  • Change-of-mind returns are at our discretion and may be subject to restocking conditions.

  • Returns must be made in person at our Emerald store.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, we’ll make it right.

  • You can bring the item to our storefront in Emerald and we’ll provide a replacement or full refund.

  • Please provide proof of purchase when making a claim.

Click & Collect Orders

  • For click & collect orders, products must be inspected at the time of collection.

  • Any faults or discrepancies should be reported immediately so we can resolve them on the spot.

Australian Consumer Law

  • We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from its description.

  • These rights are in addition to any change-of-mind returns we may offer.

Products & Safety

  • Products should be used according to the instructions, warnings, and safety data sheets provided.

  • We are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products (“Products”) from Cameo Cleaning & Co. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing from us, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Cameo Cleaning & Co.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion (including due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud).

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include/exclude GST where specified.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, EFTPOS, bank transfer, or any other method displayed in-store/online.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Collection

  • If delivery is offered, estimated timeframes will be provided but are not guaranteed.

  • Shipping or delivery costs (if applicable) will be clearly stated before payment.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer once the Products leave our store or are collected by the Customer or courier.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the ACL.

  • We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customer information may be used to process orders, provide services, and communicate promotions.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Cameo Cleaning & Co. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will apply to purchases made after the new Terms are published.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
